Purchasers of this second volume in this series have the right (if they choose) to vote in the Virtual Jury, discussed in the beginning of Volume One. Instructions on how to vote are contained in this book.
Consequently, the reviews below may relate to the confidence level for Proposition One, Element One (discussed in Volume One). In those cases, the higher the star rating, the lower the confidence level that reviewer had in the element.
Highlights of this book include
-- The nine reasons why President Kennedy was shot in the back, not the neck;
-- The methods for calculating the confidence level for Proposition One, Element One, and why one of them is certainly superior to the others;
-- The most likely confidence level for Proposition One, Element One, based on the evidence;
-- Six reasons we can be absolutely confident that not all the shots were fired from the Depository;
-- And a whole series of “what is wrong with this photograph?” challenges (see the sample).
Impossible The Case Against Lee Harvey Oswald Volume Two eBook Barry Krusch
The Warren Commission's conclusion that Oswald acted alone rests entirely upon the validity of the Single Bullet Theory. Now anyone with half a brain can see that the SBT bears no relation to reality, but to counter the theory it is not enough to say, "But that's absurd," even though it is. To counter it you have to show either 1) there were more bullets fired than the Commission claims Oswald fired, or 2) that at least one of the shots came from somewhere other than the Texas School Book Depository Building.Author Barry Krusch does both. In an easy-to-follow manner, using evidence and not speculation, he shows convincingly that more than three shots were fired and that at least two of them came from the front. The story of the Lincoln's windshield will be illuminating to anyone not familiar with this aspect of the case, and shows that the cover-up began almost immediately after the last shots were fired, at the same time showing Secret Service complicity in the affair.
Krusch's series of books is especially well-suited to newcomers to the field, in that he keeps everything simple and poses no theories of his own which might be dismissed by Warren Commission apologists.
To meet those apologists face-to-face (so to speak) you might want to go to the "Comments" section on virtually any JFK conspiracy book that has been rated five stars here on Amazon. You are almost guaranteed to find them posting about how "kooky" and "ridiculous" such conspiracy talk is, and how the SBT has been "proven" for almost fifty years. Comment on such a post and see what happens when you try and engage them in an actual discussion of the evidence. The method of their attacks betrays the paucity of their arguments. Krusch's arguments, on the other hand, are sound.

Impossible The Case Against Lee Harvey Oswald Volume Two eBook Barry Krusch Reviews
There is much more thought put into this book than many of the blockbuster attempts pumped out the past 20 years. It is quirky and not for everyone but writer Krusch's arguments are difficult to reason against. Krusch's viewpoints are sometimes refreshing and sometimes overdrawn. The series of books could very well be referred to when constructing an argument against the position of those accepting the evidence of the government.
Currently I am in the home stretch reading your three volume book, "Impossible The Case Against Lee Harvey Oswald". My compliments on a stimulating read, well researched study and unique approach towards obtaining the "truth" behind the J.F. Kennedy assassination. I am currently halfway through volume 3, after reading volumes 1 and 2 previously. I find the presentation of the material facts to be well organized, rational and conclusive. The author has taken meticulous care in attempting to present all pointed facts both pro and con, as if an attorney in the court room defending Mr. Oswald. Lee Harvey unfortunately, never got the chance to stand before a jury of his peers in an attempt to defend himself of the assassination of President John Kennedy. Instead Barry Krusch presents the case and blows away any thought of Mr. Oswald's guilt. In the process he also destroys former Prosecutor, Vincent Bugliosi's verbose book, "Reclaiming History" in the process!
"Impossible The Case Against Lee Harvey Oswald" is an engaging and thoughtful presentation which puts the reader in the position of being a virtual juror in trying to prove or disprove Lee Harvey Oswald's guilt. As that juror, and with the facts presented, finally; you are faced with an obvious choice of "Acquittal"!!
I was 10 when this tragedy happened. Even then, I knew that the JFK assassination was going to drastically change the future of our country.
the book chronologically follows Oswald and his family and associates. He is shown to be a patsy in this horrible event. The book suggests that he was a special ops honorable soldier who was set up to take the fall. If this is the case, what a terrible thing that his memory in so many people's minds is horrible. There is still thousands of documents still unreleased to the public, so who knows. An enjoyable and thought provoking read!
